Description

You will lead a team of People & Culture Coordinators to ensure efficient HR operations across North America. You'll manage employee lifecycle processes, optimize workflows, and ensure data accuracy in Workday, while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Legal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and mentoring HR Coordinators.
  • Strong project management and systems thinking.
  • Experience with Workday and HR operations.
  • University degree in HR or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and coach a team of PCCs.
  • Supervise employee lifecycle support and administration.
  • Define and track SLAs for the PCC team.
  • Act as Workday power user, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Lead creation and maintenance of P&C administrative Playbook.
