💼 About This Role

You'll support military defense projects by executing technical operations and field maintenance for Anduril's counter intrusion systems. You'll be the on-the-ground expert tackling complex hardware-software-networking issues in unstructured environments. This role requires extensive travel to remote regions and is based onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute technical operations and field maintenance for defense systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured settings
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams
• Support development of operational and logistical plans

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of problem solving in unstructured hardware/software/networking environments
• Ability to climb towers to install, maintain, and repair sensor equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot site infrastructure (generators, solar, hydraulics)
• Ability to travel to remote regions up to 2 months at a time (at least 50% of year)

✨ Nice to Have

• B.S. in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field
• Prior tower climbing certifications (Tower Climbing, OSHA 10/30)
• Working knowledge of IP networking and Linux command line
