💼 About This Role

You'll ensure Thndr adheres to regulatory and financial crime compliance requirements as the primary point of contact with regulators. You'll work closely with the Board and SEO to manage regulatory risk and implement a risk-based compliance program. This role requires deep expertise in UAE regulatory frameworks and experience with FSRA or DFSA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct trade surveillance and transaction monitoring
• Oversee KYC and Customer Due Diligence processes
• Identify, analyze, and report suspicious transactions

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of compliance experience in a regulated industry
• Established rapport with FSRA or DFSA
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with a Category 3A licensed firm
• Knowledge of ADGM Data Protection laws
• Familiarity with SQL for compliance data analysis
