You'll assist with market research, benchmarking, and job evaluation activities to ensure competitive pay structures. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing compensation data for analysis.
• Support market research and benchmarking studies for pay comparisons.
• Maintain compensation databases and pay structure documentation.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries for compensation projects.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas and pivot tables.
