You'll join the Nonclinical Development and Clinical Pharmacology team to develop PBPK-QSP models for small molecule oncology programs targeting RAS-addicted cancers. Your core impact is translating mechanistic understanding into clinical dose and efficacy projections. This role offers exposure to next-generation inhibitor design and combination therapy assessment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and refine QSP, PBPK, and PK/PD models for small molecule programs.
  • Perform in silico simulations and create data visualizations for diverse audiences.
  • Survey literature to abstract mechanisms and identify data for model incorporation.
  • Propose experiments to test model assumptions and support preclinical translation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • PhD in a quantitative discipline (systems pharmacology, computational biology, etc.).
  • 0-2 years of industry experience in modeling.
  • Proficiency in ODE-based modeling and parameter inference.
  • Hands-on experience with MATLAB, Python, Julia, or R.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with diverse dynamical system methods (PDE, agent-based, etc.).
  • Integration of large datasets into QSP models.
  • Experience with modeling software (SimBiology, NONMEM, etc.).
