Description

You will drive product strategy and go-to-market execution for Roku's performance advertising portfolio, acting as a key strategic partner bridging product development with business enablement. You'll develop scalable frameworks to unlock revenue growth, analyze systems and workflows, and own operational readiness for new performance buying products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in strategy and operations, growth or performance marketing, or equivalent
  • Experience managing performance budgets and understanding advertiser decision-making
  • Ability to shape product strategy through market analysis and cross-functional alignment
  • Strong systems thinker with proven ability to scale operational processes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product strategy for Roku's performance advertising portfolio
  • Analyze systems and workflows across ad delivery, bidding, targeting, forecasting, and measurement
  • Partner with Product Management, Ad Sales, Operations, and Legal to unblock revenue opportunities
  • Establish frameworks for scaling across direct channels and in-stream video ads
  • Own operational readiness and launch execution for new performance buying products
