💼 About This Role

You'll define the strategy for Ramp's stablecoin-based payment infrastructure and help build stablecoin treasury systems through partnerships. You'll collaborate with internal teams to integrate cross-border settlement capabilities into core products. This role sits at the intersection of fintech and Web3, driving next-gen payment solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategy and roadmap for stablecoin payment infrastructure
• Build and scale stablecoin treasury partnerships
• Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams
• Drive go-to-market strategy with sales and marketing

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or related field
• Deep expertise in Stablecoin, Web3, and cross-border settlement
• Background in highly regulated fintech environments
• Experience closing product partnerships for money movement
