You'll build strong customer relationships and drive retention at Synthesia, the leading AI video platform used by 90% of the Fortune 100. You'll ensure customers realize value from their investment in Synthesia's AI video technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention
• Conduct discovery to understand business objectives and use cases
• Monitor customer health and identify risks and opportunities
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with senior stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
• Experience managing up to 35 strategic accounts from onboarding through renewal
• Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and growth opportunities
• Light video editing using the Synthesia platform
