You will manage patient access and reimbursement for oncology therapies, working with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve coverage issues and ensure timely therapy access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-9+ years in oncology, Field Reimbursement, Market Access or Patient Services.
• Strategic account planning with cross-functional partners.
• Analytical mindset with sales data interpretation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex access issues including prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
• Monitor and resolve access issues for hub-enrolled patients.
• Educate oncology practices on patient support programs, coverage, and payer policies.
• Deliver actionable information to improve understanding of payer policies.
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and Market Access teams.
