You'll unblock stalled initiatives by turning competing stakeholder needs into a coherent product vision with shovel-ready requirements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery across departments to map Salesforce workflows and pain points.
• Define and own the Salesforce product roadmap with ruthless prioritization.
• Translate conflicting stakeholder requests into simplified workflows and requirements.
• Partner with technical lead to evaluate build-vs-configure-vs-redirect decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to untangle complex existing systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-departmental environments.
• Experience simplifying and documenting business processes into technical requirements.
