You'll collaborate with sales and field engineering to drive adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform for U.S. federal customers. You'll lead post-sale technical strategy and ensure production go-live of complex data and AI use cases. This hybrid role blends commercial account growth with deep technical accountability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead post-sale technical strategy for Databricks use cases in strategic accounts.
• Serve as first contact for production go-live issues and escalations.
• Coordinate Professional Services and internal teams to accelerate workloads.
• Manage executive governance and KPI reporting on customer health.

📋 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship with eligibility for Secret clearance.
• 7+ years of technical project delivery in Data and AI domain.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, architecture, or consulting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Secret or higher clearance.
• Experience with distributed data systems and solution architecture.
• Track record of overachievement against quota.
