💼 About This Role

You'll serve as technical lead for Viant's Demand Side Platform, overseeing design and implementation of distributed backend services and frontend UI. You'll shape the long-term technical vision and mentor engineers in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies on a high-performance ad platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Determine long-term technical vision and scope future projects
• Lead end-to-end product development for Viant DSP's suite
• Own and contribute to major features of the products
• Mentor engineers and drive initiatives to reduce operational load

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software industry experience
• Experience with web services, microservices, or SOA
• Relational database experience with MySQL, Postgres, or Oracle
• AdTech domain experience OR strong proficiency in Go programming language

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of modern programming languages, especially Java and Go
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP
