You'll drive full-life cycle recruitment for lateral hiring at a leading global consulting firm. You'll partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a first-class candidate experience. This is a 6-month contract covering a leave.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage passive candidates for senior-level roles.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously with hiring managers.
• Market CRA's employer brand and support diversity outreach.
• Analyze recruiting data to improve operational efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or 4 years work experience.
• 4-6 years of full-desk recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools for mid/senior talent.
• Proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables).

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional services recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS like Greenhouse.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills.
