🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement qualitative research studies
• Generate sales and repeat business through client relationships
• Mentor junior and senior staff in qualitative research
• Contribute to company strategic direction in senior leadership meetings

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years of qualitative market research experience in pharma/biotech
• Expertise in moderating in-depth interviews and focus groups
• Proven ability to build and expand business relationships in pharma
• Experience in vendor/supplier market research preferably pharmaceutical

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher)
• Experience across all drug lifecycle stages (Phase 2 through Phase 4)
