• Manage client relationships with product and business owners
• Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally
• Summarize and articulate client needs to support Kraken platform development
• Support engineering team to deliver product features

• Product management and customer journey experience
• Solid understanding of technology and related trends
• Experience with complex delivery pipelines for clients
