You'll partner with Go-to-Market leadership to shape org design and drive talent strategies during rapid growth. You'll build scalable people practices and bring data-driven insights to complex decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted partner to GTM leadership on org design and people priorities
• Drive performance culture through expectation setting and reviews
• Collaborate on headcount planning and compensation strategy
• Support change management across GTM during scaling

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience with GTM organizations
• Experience supporting 400+ employee organizations through rapid growth
• Deep expertise in org design, performance management, and talent strategy
• Ability to work in-person 3+ days per week in San Francisco
