🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete Cortica's orientation and BCAT training
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation within 30-40 minute radius
