π― What You'll Do
- Complete Cortica's orientation and BCAT training
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA
- Document session data to track and support treatment goals
π Requirements
- Experience working with children
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation within 30-40 minute radius

- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
