💼 About This Role

You'll join the Security Team at Crypto.com to design and manage identity ecosystems for a cloud-native environment. You'll drive automation and AI-augmented workflows to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge tools in a fast-paced crypto environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize core identity platforms (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID)
• Build and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash) for identity workflows
• Define and govern access patterns for infrastructure assets
• Partner with DevOps to implement least privilege and JIT access
• Automate access review processes for compliance campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years managing enterprise-scale identity solutions
• Proven ability to manage and integrate multiple security tools simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with AWS IAM and automation (Lambda, EventBridge)
• Strong proficiency in Python or Bash for security automation
• Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM

• Experience with Privileged Access Management platforms like Teleport
• Practical use of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for productivity
• Familiarity with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
