Description

You will play a key role in evolving QuantHealth's backend architecture from a monolithic to a multi-service platform, and help design backend foundations for agentic AI systems. Work on core services, API design, and distributed systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and observable services that support human workflows and autonomous AI agents.

Requirements

• Senior level backend engineering experience
• Experience with API design and distributed systems
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization (token-based, RBAC)
• Ability to collaborate with data science and ML teams
• Experience in transitioning from monolithic to multi-service architecture

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of multi-service backend architecture
• Design, build, and maintain robust, well-documented APIs
• Design backend primitives and services for agentic AI systems
• Build APIs and infrastructure for safe AI agent interaction
• Implement guardrails for agent execution and best practices
