Your work will empower users to ask business questions in natural language and receive actionable insights. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic vision across AI, data infrastructure, and reliability domains.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of AI-powered natural language data querying solutions
• Architect scalable data quality tools and frameworks
• Tackle complex challenges across AI query engines and analytical systems
• Collaborate with TPMs and stakeholders on technical roadmap
• Mentor engineers and raise standards across data platform

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in software engineering or data engineering
• Strong hands-on with SQL and large-scale data systems
• Experience with modern analytical databases like StarRocks or Snowflake
• Backend development in Python, Java, or Scala

• Experience with text-to-SQL or AI-driven data interfaces
• Background in data observability, quality, or governance
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or Spark
