💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow Clipboard's presence in your local market, building relationships and signing new healthcare facility partners. Your core impact is driving revenue growth through field sales and customer success. This role offers uncapped commission and a clear growth path into senior or leadership roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners through field sales
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement
• Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits across your territory
• Maintain clear pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or account management (early career) OR 3–5+ years as territory manager or outside sales rep (experienced)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for local travel (60–80%)
• Autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline
