You'll work alongside Principal Partner Engineers to ensure seamless integrations between Laurel and client Practice Management Systems, supporting high-stakes system migrations. You'll serve as the escalation point when integrations fail or systems go down, troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple environments. This role combines DevOps monitoring, client-facing support, and the opportunity to shape mission-critical technical operations for top professional services firms.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and customize Boomi processes for client system integration with Laurel
  • Monitor integration health and respond to alerts across all client environments
  • Serve as Level 2 technical escalation for sync issues
  • Communicate directly with client IT contacts during outages and escalations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, or similar role
  • API and database experience: comfortable with REST APIs, SQL queries
  • Integration platform experience: iPaaS tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Zapier
  • Client-facing communication: ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with legal tech, professional services software, or time/billing systems (SAP, Workday, Aderant, Elite 3E, etc.)
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (SSO, SAML, OAuth)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations (Exchange, Outlook, Teams)
