💼 About This Role

You'll own Salesforce administration end-to-end for a fast-growing creator marketing platform, ensuring our CRM is reliable and scalable. Your work will drive data integrity and accelerate deal velocity for our go-to-market teams. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance in a flexible hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Salesforce administration end-to-end, including configuration and customization.
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy across systems via imports and deduplication.
• Manage user security, role hierarchy, and pipeline governance.
• Lead release management and process optimization across sandbox and production.
• Serve as first point of contact for GTM operational issues and provide user training.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a SaaS environment.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (strongly preferred).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with GTM tech stack including Outreach, Gong, Apollo, DocuSign, Clay, HubSpot.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce CPQ knowledge.
• Familiarity with Apex or Lightning Component development.
• Background in Revenue Operations or Deal Desk.
