Description

You will be the face of Starlink, triaging and resolving customer issues across multiple channels, advocating for customers internally, and improving support workflows. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems for early-stage satellite internet customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years front-line customer support experience
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve customer issues across digital and voice channels
• Act as internal advocate for customers within SpaceX
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking
• Identify product and process issues using quantitative and qualitative data
• Collaborate with teams to improve troubleshooting workflows
