Description

You will lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of SoFi's next-generation business banking platform from 0 to 1, defining the vision for how businesses move and manage money across modern payment rails. You'll own the product roadmap, manage a growing team, and drive key outcomes like adoption, volume, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time in platform and B2B roles
• Experience building and growing teams of product managers
• Direct experience building commercial/business banking or payments products
• Deep knowledge of Wires and ACH systems and operations
• Experience launching regulated financial products at scale from within a bank

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product vision and roadmap for Commercial Banking
• Own client-facing experiences, APIs, and platform: business accounts, payment rails (Wires, ACH, FedNow), treasury capabilities
• Lead 0→1 product development from discovery through launch and scale
• Manage and grow a product team to drive roadmap and delivery
• Partner cross-functionally with Business, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Sales, and Operations
