You'll support a Senior Recruiter in sourcing and coordinating candidates for an Australian outsourcing company. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process using tools like Lever and Expandi, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role offers full remote work from Manila with a focus on recruitment support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create job descriptions and post roles in ATS.
• Source candidates using Expandi and Juicebox.ai.
• Pre-screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in recruitment or recruitment support.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever or similar.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work Monday to Saturdays.
