🎯 What You'll Do

• Create original design assets for digital, social, and print materials.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee graphic designers and freelancers.
• Manage creative intake, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop integrated campaigns.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing.
• 4-6 years of related work experience.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in sports and/or entertainment with a focus in digital media.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other web platforms.
• Knowledge of sports industry preferred.
