• Directly manage and develop Engineering Managers into strong leaders.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Experience in a SaaS environment with multiple teams or products
• Proven track record of delivering scalable software platforms
