Description

You will perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) to ensure smooth operations of our satellite manufacturing facility. You'll respond to emergent requests, assemble furniture, manage work tickets, coordinate with contractors, and enforce safety protocols.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a facility technician, construction trade, or similar hands-on role
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to safely use ladders of various heights
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
• Respond to emergent requests to limit facility and equipment downtime
• Assemble, arrange, and move furniture and equipment for new buildouts or moves
• Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets for requests and projects
• Work with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services
