🎯 What You'll Do
- Hire and manage a high-performing marketing operations team.
- Oversee demand generation campaign operations and new implementations.
- Build advanced automations via Workato, AWS, or Retool.
- Research, negotiate, and purchase net-new software tools.
- Optimize lead ingestion and enrichment processes.
📋 Requirements
- 7-15 years of operations or related experience.
- Strong ability to architect scalable solutions using Workato or low-code tools.
- Experience with SQL, ETL/data pipelines, and BI tools like Looker.
- Proven ability to operationalize processes at scale in a hyper-growth environment.
