🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop KPI dashboards for PE sponsor and management reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and 13-week cash models
• Support financial due diligence and M&A integration
• Advise on complex accounting policy adoption

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing role at public accounting or consulting firm
• Experience with Transaction Advisory Services, Restructuring, or M&A strategy
• Comfort with AI tools and continuous learning mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 40%

• CPA or CA certification
• Experience with Private Equity or highly acquisitive company
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
