🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and onboard 4-6 UK student creators
• Coordinate weekly content production workflows
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
• Monitor performance and iterate on high-performing formats

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in social media or creator economy roles
• Hands-on creator or UGC management experience
• AI content tool proficiency (Claude, Captions, Opus Clip)
• Performance mindset focused on conversions and growth
