Description
You will support patients throughout their prescription journey by conducting outbound outreach, assisting with program enrollment, coordinating insurance and financial assistance, and helping complete orders. This is an onsite role in Pittsburgh focused on delivering a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- No prior customer service experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner with strong technical aptitude
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound patient outreach for program enrollment and prescription onboarding
- Assist patients with benefits coordination, insurance verification, and financial assistance assessments
- Place outbound calls to patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues and gather information
- Document all interactions in compliance with procedures and confidentiality standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with management, pharmacy, and compliance teams
