You'll support customers throughout their journey from discovery to ongoing use, partnering with Account Executives to tailor Aurora's solar software platform solutions. You'll deliver engaging product demonstrations and workshops that empower solar professionals. This role offers a chance to shape how solar software supports real-world growth across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and hands-on workshops
• Support customers through onboarding, integrations, and early growth
• Build ROI-driven workflow diagrams and system architecture plans
• Translate customer challenges into clear product and API-based solutions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in solutions engineering or customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS
• Ability to distill complex business needs into clear technical requirements
• Foundational understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Clear communication in German and English

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian
• Background in technical account management or solution consulting
