💼 About This Role

You'll drive provider acquisition in the Boston North area, building relationships with Case Management Agencies and physicians to make Abby Care their default referral protocol. You'll own the full sales cycle from outreach to signed participation, navigating clinical objections and ensuring smooth onboarding. This role combines quota-carrying sales with mission-driven impact in family caregiving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage physicians and clinical decision makers to drive adoption
• Convert qualified leads into signed provider participation
• Maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce and forecast against quota
• Execute targeted outbound strategies for assigned territory

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of closing experience in Home Health, Hospice, Pharma, or Med Device sales
• Clinical fluency to speak the language of Case Managers (Prior Auth, Acuity, etc.)
• Proficiency in Salesforce as the primary CRM tool
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
