💼 About This Role

You'll join a 12-18 month development program for recent graduates interested in industrial sales. You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship while working alongside experienced account managers. The program prepares you for a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.

• Build relationships with new and existing customers

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical training in a related field
• Mechanical interest and aptitude
• Ability to start in Spring or Summer 2026
• Willingness to relocate for training and final placement

• Coursework or certifications in Fluid Power or Fluid Process
• Internship or co-op in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment
