💼 About This Role

You'll design and build AI-native workflows and internal tools for OpenAI's GTM organization. You will partner with Sales and RevOps to identify high-impact operational problems and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve field productivity and decision-making. This role combines deep operational knowledge with practical AI system building.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify AI opportunities to improve GTM operations and field execution.
• Design and deploy AI-native workflows combining agents, automation, and human review.
• Build internal tooling using OpenAI APIs, Codex, Salesforce, and automation platforms.
• Rapidly prototype solutions for forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles.
• Experience building internal tools, workflow automations, or AI-powered systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation frameworks, or AI workflow tooling.
• Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, analytics, or forecasting platforms.
