💼 About This Role

You'll lead a global team ensuring high availability of mission-critical infrastructure across APAC, EMEA, and AMER. You'll drive automation initiatives and incident response to eliminate inefficiencies and meet SLAs. This role offers the chance to shape support strategies at a leading quantitative trading firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 24x5 global support schedule and weekend on-call rotation
• Define policies, processes, and best practices to meet SLAs
• Collaborate with service teams to build automation and runbooks
• Lead major outage recovery efforts and hands-on troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Linux/Unix administration
• 3+ years leading a technology team in infrastructure support
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and automation tools
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, multicast, tcpdump

✨ Nice to Have

• ITIL knowledge
• Knowledge of storage protocols (NFS, GPFS)
• Experience with Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
