💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site customer support at points of sale, helping users initialize and use products. You'll also manage inventory and logistics at the local hub. This role offers hands-on field experience in a leading fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend customers at their point of sale externally
• Manage inventory: receive, triage, organize equipment
• Perform reverse logistics and periodic stock counts
• Help users with product initialization and usage

📋 Requirements

• CNH B or AB active for at least 2 years
• Less than 10 points on CNH in last 12 months
• High school diploma completed

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical or higher education in Social Applied Sciences
• Customer service experience
• Logistics experience and intermediate/advanced Excel
