You'll provide legal representation to immigrants in removal proceedings and assist with USCIS applications. You'll advocate for vulnerable populations and manage a varied caseload within a Christian humanitarian organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Screen clients for immigration benefit eligibility
• Prepare and file applications with USCIS and EOIR
• Represent clients in removal proceedings
• Maintain accurate case files and client data

📋 Requirements

• Active member in good standing with a state bar
• Knowledge and understanding of immigration law
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in a common immigrant language
• Experience with LawLogix case management system
• Licensed under Washington State Bar
