💼 About This Role
You'll own marketing automation execution across the full lifecycle and lead attribution strategy to make marketing more measurable. You'll partner with Revenue Ops and Sales to define funnel standards and resolve data discrepancies. This role offers the chance to solve ambiguous attribution problems at a high-growth company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and maintain multi-touch automation workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Lead attribution model governance using Bizible or similar tool
- Diagnose and resolve attribution gaps and sync mismatches
- Establish QA standards and audits for campaign architecture and data hygiene
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing automation, marketing operations, or revenue operations in B2B
- Hands-on expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce (campaign architecture, lifecycle, workflows)
- Direct experience implementing or operating attribution tooling (preferably Bizible)
- Strong ability to reconcile reporting across platforms and drive root cause fixes
