You will architect, deploy, and manage AI infrastructure and workflows to power IT and internal operations. You'll develop and optimize AI models for IT support automation, knowledge retrieval, and internal tooling, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible and compliant AI deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage AI infrastructure, workflows, and automations
• Develop, monitor, and optimize AI models and pipelines for IT support automation
• Partner with IT, Security, and Data teams for responsible AI deployment
• Integrate AI tools into SaaS ecosystem including Okta, Slack, Atlassian
• Define and maintain SOPs for AI workflows including monitoring and incident response
