💼 About This Role

You'll drive Higharc's launch into a new enterprise market segment, owning full lifecycle sales and account management for the largest homebuilders. Your work will serve as the blueprint for scaling enterprise sales and building strategic partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to shape a fast-growing VC-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from engagement to close
  • Build executive-level relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders
  • Generate net-new enterprise opportunities using industry relationships
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams for cohesive solutions

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of homebuilding industry experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, AI agents, and Google suite
  • Track record of closing 7+ figure deal cycles from introduction to close
  • Experience with long-cycle deals and consultative selling
