• Serve as primary contact for travelers before departure.

• Prepare travel documents and arrange transfers/flights.
• Address emergencies during trips and process claims.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stay calm in emergencies.
• Fluent French and confident English.
