Description

You will lead the DevX Pipelines and Automation team to modernize the platform by developing self-service pipelines and ephemeral environments, primarily using Go and Java, to enable faster time-to-market while maintaining high quality. You'll also scale CI/CD infrastructure and enforce governance strategies across services.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years as technical lead or principal engineer with Golang, Java or similar
• Proficiency with containerization and cloud environments
• Knowledge of configuration management for distributed systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD operations, Kubernetes, and AI tools like Windsurf or Cursor

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Pipeline-as-a-Service using Go and Java
• Expand development environment with ephemeral, hermetic environments
• Scale production CI/CD infrastructure for future demands
• Manage governance strategies for environmental parity and quality
