Description

As a senior software engineer on the agent lab Natural Language Understanding team, you will shape the evolution of the Moveworks AI Assistant platform by building reliable agent systems for scalable infrastructure. You'll implement frontier AI algorithms, influence the roadmap, and collaborate with experts across the company to create enterprise AI products.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience designing, building, and improving production systems at scale
• Ability to think and communicate clearly about complex engineering problems
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, and/or Java
• Desire to ship at startup pace with high ownership and attention to detail
• Strong curiosity about engineering and desire to stay at the cutting edge of applied AI

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve capable AI agent systems for agent orchestration, sandboxed file systems, latency optimization, agent memory, and LLM self-reflection
• Implement frontier AI algorithms and productionize them at scale
• Influence roadmap and drive evolution of engineering areas with increasing scope and impact
• Write robust, extensible, readable, and performant code
• Mentor other engineers and collaborate with machine learning, product, and security teams
