You'll lead the transformation of JetBrains' global accounts payable function, redesigning how AP operates worldwide. Your core impact will be driving automation and building a scalable, future-ready finance model. This senior leadership role positions you at the heart of finance transformation, aligning accounting, procurement, and treasury for an integrated P2P ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the AP target operating model globally
• Lead rollout of new P2P platform ensuring procurement-AP alignment
• Implement AP automation to reduce manual intervention and increase straight-through processing
• Partner with Treasury to manage global payment processes and integrate treasury management system

📋 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in global AP or P2P operations
• Strong track record in transforming finance operations at scale
• Experience with ERP and P2P platforms
• Ability to operate at the intersection of finance, procurement, and technology
