As a Floor Lead at Mejuri, you will drive store success by upholding exceptional customer service, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll lead by example on the sales floor, motivate the team, and help redefine luxury through every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Proficient in POS systems, inventory management software, and retail technology
• Strong interpersonal and team motivation skills
• Experience with inventory and back-of-house operations
• Ability to coach and assess team performance
• Adherence to policies and compliance practices

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold customer service standards and train team on Steps of Selling
• Drive KPI achievement including OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion, and sales success
• Ensure positive customer experience and promote services like piercing and engraving
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment (BOPIS, phone sales)
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
