Description

As a Senior Brand Management Specialist, you will drive product sourcing, supplier management, and buying strategies for Coupang's global sourcing operations. You'll research market trends, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless import logistics to deliver customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
• 8+ years experience in buying or procurement, preferably e-commerce or retail
• Proactive, results-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trending products
• Source overseas suppliers ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
• Negotiate contracts for pricing, delivery, and returns
• Curate product assortments based on customer preferences and trends
• Manage purchase orders, shipping, and import documentation
