You'll oversee enterprise SaaS implementations for Fortune 500 clients, leading cross-departmental projects from kickoff to go-live. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, managing expectations and driving business outcomes through Tonkean's no-code process platform. This role offers the chance to shape solutions while working with a fully remote, distributed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage enterprise customer implementations across multiple projects
• Create iterative project plans focused on client value and MVP
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Triage escalations, diagnose risks, and drive mitigation plans

📋 Requirements

• 5 years client-facing implementation or consulting experience
• Experience with enterprise SaaS software deployments
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream projects
• Hands-on knowledge of JIRA and Salesforce
